We all handle things in our own way. Some people go into total apathy and that's it.
Personally the only view that I can have in my head space is EXPANSION.
We will come out of this stronger than ever - business will be booming!
Am I naive - does it matter?? The point is this, if I am being naive then I want to be surrounded by other like minded naive people.
The last four weeks have certainly been a time that simply put - is unprecedented. With so many articles online looking at how difficult it will be for business owners & the economy, how about a change? How about we say there are some exciting times ahead - these tips keep me on the straight and narrow, I hope they will do the same for you.
Get your head straight
Right now it is so easy to get pulled into the “Netflix of it all”. Four weeks into the lockdown has taught me we are all going through a cycle - granted it's not the same for all of us, but it is a cycle none the less - for me - Week one.. Denial. Week two… Apathy, Week three... how can I help my customers, Week four… let's get back into the market “tough times don't last”.
What helps to keep my head straight?

What percentage of your new customers come from referrals ? How often are you speaking with your existing customers? Are you confident that your existing customers will stand by you through thick and thin? Will you stand by them?
Wouldn't it be amazing to get all referrals from your existing customer base? To have a fantastic relationship with all your customers and key deliver a service that far exceeds all customer expectations.
Stretch out like never before
We live in a digital world. We can connect with any one at any time. Zoom, Whatsapp, Skype, screen share… Email marketing, Social and Search engines. We are connected!!!!! The only question that really remains… Do you connect, Do you engage, Do you Convert?
